Established in 1995/ Worked in real estate development and construction consultant/ Until year 2001, total sales volume accumulated at about US$ 30 millions, of which US# 1.5 millions is our profits./ In 2001,international division is established for marketing overseas. Presently, western terminal complex and indoor resort project located in Hochimin city of Vietnam has been studied in cooperation with the Hochimin city Government. / In 2003, Crystal Project (Commercial Building ) has been engineered and consulted for a client in Indonesia. We are now applying for international financing assistance from famous international financial institutions./ In 2002, construction material division and defense product engineering division are established for trading and construction.
In 2006, LOADSTAR L & C is established for consulting leisure and entainment project overseas. At present, it is proposed to renovate existing Hilaga Folk Park, which will become a famous amusement park in Manila of the Philippines.
